Decentralization of Skills is one of the biggest advantages. Now, anyone can create a portfolio website in minutes without knowing any software. You have access to world-class knowledge and skill, provided that you know how to ask for it.

Adverse Effects

It is definitely a concern, and not a small one, to see that Agentic AI has immense potential to replace jobs of millions across diverse areas.

Reliance on AI without a human in the Loop is dangerous. Amazon faced multiple outages as a result of that. Agents given more power and control can certainly cause big troubles

Future

The future is uncertain. Only time will tell the benefits and harms caused by it. But one thing is certain: Agentic AI isn't going anywhere and is going to be the new normal
